New members will have to fill out a membership/waiver form, which can be downloaded below. Please read  the form carefully and bring the completed form to the club. Membership forms are also provided during club hours, so you are welcome to complete it in person. We will not accept membership forms without payment.

  • Currently only cash and check payments will be accepted.
